Cannot recommend

Rise plumbing has not bothered to answered me after I wrote my last review. Their sub-contractor Hans, charged me for new fitting while I caught him installing old used parts. The toilet waste was old and covered in dirt and bacteria. Hans also suggested I work directly with him to save the extra cost added by Rise. But then Hans did not turn up to complete the work and went off with 2 taps and and the required fittings/installation parts costing me several thousands of rand. Hans has also not rep**** to me either, but is advertising on Facebook now. Both Rise and Hans cannot be recommended.
