Owner **** to Me.

Met the owener, Isaac on a business trip to Bloemfontein. I told him I am a regular at another hotel in Bloemfontein and love it there. He told me he owns Rise and Shine Lodge and I should visit his Lodge and give it a try. In his attempt to lure me away for his competitors, he told me to give Rise and Shine a try and if I did, he promised me the first night would be free. All I needed to do was call Reception and tell them of our arrangement and his promise and I could get the first night for free.

2 Months later, while in Bloemfontein, I took him up on his offer and called the Reception and informed them of Isaacs arrangement and Promise to me for that free night, with the possibility of me and my associates giving him future business. After consulting with Isaac, the Receptionist said all is in order and the room was booked.

On arrival at Rise and Shine Lodge, Isaac met me and to my shock, totally went back on his word and his commitment and Promise to me. He blatantly said that, that if I was a regular only, he the only would give me small discount. He ****. Totally ********* and dishonest. I will never recommend this place due to his ********* practice. I will never give business to someone who has no business ethics.
