STILL NO APPROPRIATE RESPONCE TO ENQUIRY

I received a response via my Landlord from Ripple Effect. According to them I reported incorrectly by stating that I have not had a response on ANY of my emails. To clear this: I have not received a response on ANY of my enquiries regarding THEIR breach of conduct rules, regarding my enquiring as to their actions and pointing out according to the Conduct Rules they are acting incorrectly. Even in the email response I received, they still have not answered to their Breach of Conduct rules but now claim I placed items back on the patio that I said I removed. The photos I sent are how my porch looked on 15 January 2015 and it looks the same now.<br> So I still have not received any response as to their Breach of Conduct Rules, just a claim that I have now apparently put items BACK on the porch, which is inaccurate. I have photos to prove that what was on the porch on th 15th is exactly the same items.
