No response from Ripple Effect Prop Managment after multiple escalations

I have escalated an issue to these people for 3 consecutive days now and have not received any response. As a body corporate this portrays poor labour practices. I even called their office twice with no answer. I hope that this poor display by your company and staff is the result of your declivity. I ensure you, that I will be taking this matter further.
