Creating debt for homeowners

I was unfairly handed over to swart and nel attorneys for levies that we're in arrears of about R1800 without a letter or any sought of information marking me aware of this, I only found out by the sherrif of the court threatening to come to my property to take my belongings, I then contacted ripple effect property management and swart and nel attorneys in Parow to make a payment arrangement of these arrears which I have been paying for almost a year now , only to find out the still generating debt under my name while I am on this payment arrangement with informing me, I now owe R7000 on top of the R7000 I was paying while a made a payment arrangement , the aim of ripple effect property management is to ***** money from the homeowner to generate income for them self's please becareful of the so called body corporate
