CONTRAVENING OF CONDUCT RULES

I as a renter I received a notification from the Managing Agents- Ripple Effect Property Management that they had received a complaint about items stored on my patio. There were boxes there and a bookshelf and table with glass top. The boxes had been placed there the night before as my boyfriend had moved in months ago and had stored the boxes in his car and the bookshelf and table on the patio. So, I removed the boxes from the patio the same night but left the bookshelf and table there as it had been there for over 8 months and I had not received a complaint about them until the boxes where temporarily placed there. According to the conduct rules, I have 14 days to comply but in their letter they only gave me 7 days, which is against the conduct rules. On 15 Jan 2015 after not being able to find storage place for the bookshelf and table, I moved the items inside my flat and notified the Managing Agents via email thereof. On 15 Jan 2015 they went ahead and issued me with a fine of R250.00 for not removing the items. 10 emails later quoting the Conduct Rules they are in contravention of, I still have received not one answer and the fine is still on the owners Levy acc
