I would like to thank you for taking care of our beloved Leonard who we sadly lost on Sunday 17 May after nearly 17 years in our family. I had no idea what to expect and Dr. Batt at Panorama Animal clinic guided us. Thank you. We where surprised beyond words when his ashes was handed over to us in a beautiful urn with his name on it. Thank you for this amazing special touch and taking care of him. It really means the world to us. He was not just a pet, he was a child and family member.
