Poor service

I am not happy with service, this online company must just close down.... I waited for my watch and earphones for a month when they deliver, i opened my parcel with excitment but the was nothing inside, no watch no earphones just an empty parcel.... I complained on facebook,email,whatspp number i get no response they ignore me...... Is that how they treat thier client, i called baffulo logistics they said its not the 1st something like this happens.... I am frustrated
