Our beloved ♥️Daisy♥️ passed on Sunday 1 September 2024. Knowing that she will always be in my heart, I'd decided to have her cremated. Upon viewing R.I.Pets' website, I immediately felt a connection of positive energy. I contacted them using the after hours phone number as it was a Sunday. After a few minutes of talking to Anastasia, I knew that these are the people I want to trust my beloved ♥️Daisy♥️ with. I appreciate the kindness, the compassion, sincerity and respect given in handling ♥️Daisy♥️'s physical send off. Even when I became anxious, Anastasia understood how I was feeling and she compassionately reassured me by answering my questions. ♥️Daisy♥️ was picked up that afternoon by Sibu, who projected compassion as well as he took care of ♥️Daisy♥️'s travel. ♥️Daisy♥️ was brought back home to me in a beautiful earn with her cremation certificate and I am so thankful to R.I.Pets because I know my baby was handled with respect and gentleness. Thank you for caring ✨️❤️
