Compassion appreciated

I was distraught when my dog passed away and making contact with R.I.Pets was comforting as they were so understanding and immediately assisted me. My pet was collected the same morning and her ashes were returned to me a day and a half later. Even the drivers conveyed their condolences when they had collected her. I really appreciated their compassion in this difficult time.
