Worst service ever! Unprofessional

I have had a good service from them before, it’s just lately their service is the worst, I ordered 2 watches from them on the 20th of December 2023, January I had to contact them and ask for an update they gave me a story and said I’ll get my order month end of January, month end of January comes and no communication from them so I contacted them again and the said month end February and if not they will refund me, month end February still no communication from them and then I ask them for a refund, they ask for my banking details and I give them and they are like ok refund will be processed and I should give them 7 days, I give them 2 weeks and still no refund, every time I ask about my refund I get a story of my refund being escalated, today is the 09th of April 2024 and No refund!!! It is unprofessional and unacceptable! The should close their doors because clearly they can’t run this anymore
