Very very bad services from a money *****ing company

I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered something from them in the beginning of August and still have not received it. Today is day 132 after placing my order. Every time you send them a email asking when you will receive your order they make alot of empty promises that is never met. On 2December i asked that they refund me they said it will take no more than 10 days to refund me we are at day 17 and still no refund. Be very very careful of this company they ***** people's money and it seems that they get away with it
