Underlivered watch Since 15 March 2023

In 2023, on the 15 of March, i bought a watch which they were advertising on Facebook for R350 including shipping. Now its March 18, 2024 and i have not yet received my watch and i have communicated with them more that 10 times. Every time they say "we will come back to you" and they have not come back to me. I have asked for my refund and they have not posted my refund even though i have communicated with them several times. Ripe Pickings is a **** and i wonder how many people have had to go through this company. Ripe Picking, PAY BACK THE MONEY!
