Service sucks!!!

I ordered one of there promotional items almost 2 months ago. I email and used there whatsapp app to cancel my order. They have confirmed a day or so later that my order was cancelled. Till today, have been struggling to get my refund back for the amount I paid for them. I have been following up with the for almost 2 months and all they say is, they will take it up with management. I have emailed the enquire email that they have on there website, but no one gets back to you. I regret the day I every ordered with them.
