Ripe pickings ripp off

Worst ever. Ordered a fitness watch in January got it in march not working I had to submit several videos to show that it doesn't work they replaced it for me and still dont have it...insisted on a refund ...6 weeks later and still dont have the promised refund either they cant even track the parcel. Sending reminder emails day by day....worse ever!!!@
