Ripe pickings delivery to some ***** place

On the 2nd of october i placed an order and paid for the order including paxi fee for my parcel to be delivered within 30 days to the nearest pep store. Till today i have not received my parcel, they have decided to pass many stores in the CBD and take my parcel to some place in the township which i dont even know how to get there...i have tried talking to them to rectify but it seems like they dont want to solve this matter....if by close of business on friday, 06/11/2020 i still dont have my parcel, im seeking legal advise cost of which will be to their account.
