Poor Service and bad communication
I requested a refund for my funds and should have received the funds on Friday. Everyday I have been making a follow-up on this and being promised an update by day end and nothing is sent. very disappointed with this and i would not recommend anyone

Your refund has been done. Sorry for the delay with this. We noted that you were uncomfortable with providing your ID however this requirement was implemented on 9th June by Customs, and we cannot use our Courier Delivery service without this info. Sorry about that.
