Poor service

I bought a watch on special around may in 2020 till today I have not received my order i tried to go to the post office was told that my order was not there communicate with ripe picking but what i was told is that the order will be send via pixie i agreed later when i followed up i received an email stating that the post office was having a backlog due to the pandemic which I understood as it was our first agreement to send it via post later again followed up on my order the said it has been delivered to the post office again i took the effort and my money went to the post office still I was told they never received the order communicate with ripe picking company was told to go back to the post office and ask for check on the logbooks for my name at the post office went the 5 times and till today i have not received my order
