parcel not yet received

i have order a watch till now no watch the date just moves further and the last date promised was 17 nov. standing in long lings and up and down just to find out about my parcel... They have told me its at the post office i have been there 3 times now and post office wont help me without a tracking number. i have been mailing them back and forth and no joy they will not provide me with the tracking number to give the post office but they willing to call the post office to see if the parcel is there and im just going to keep getting the same response and Ripe Pickings wont provide me with a tracking number to give in at the post office.

I have tried to call them they dont answer. this is really pathetic. people please dont order from this company their website and ordera are not as promised..
