Parcel not delivered, giving me **** promises

Since I ordered smar****ch on 02 October 2023 still today they never delivered, when I ask them they told me that they had problem with tracking number they are going to resolve it last week but still nothing yet, so what I want now is my parcel or they refund me, doing business with the was the biggest mistake of my life
