Order 6821- Ripe Pickings is a ****

I have never regretted doing online shopping and wasting money than i do with Ripe Pickings. I bought watches from them beginning of September 2020 and was made to believe delivery would take 25-50 days, which was clearly a lie. On the 30th of October I was informed my parcel had arrived in Joburg and would be dispatched. I was then informed that my parcel had “gone missing” and they would send me a new watch, to which I agreed, and after waiting for again another month, that watch did not arrive. I waited until December and was getting no updates from Ripe Pickings. I then sent an email to ask for a refund which I was told was approved on the 1st of January and would take 10 working days. Again after waiting for another month, I sent countless emails and facebook messages and was told there was a backlog of refunds and mine would be loaded the following day, it is now the 11th of February and I have now been informed that my refund was loaded but could not be done because of “systematic problems” everytime i send a complaint, i am given excuse after excuse but with no solution.
