Horrible service with horrible items. Do not buy from them.

Do not buy from this company it is the worst experience I have ever received with online shopping. Firstly they lose my initial order after 2 months they ask me would I like a refund. I tell them to resend my initial order and they do it. Finally the order arrived after 2 months, the order being ear buds and a smart watch. The ear buds sometimes connect perfectly other times only one ear plays. The watch didn't even switch on at all. I sent them a complaint they claim they have resent a new watch for me still haven't received the item. If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered in December 2022.
