Frustrated

Hi I ordered my two watches on the 11th of June and waited for the period they said it would take to deliver. After waiting they kept saying it's the lockdown that slowed things down I decided to be patient but it got to a point that it didn't make sense anymore so I asked for a refund and they said your stuff got lost so we can send it again and I told them I just wanted my refund. I have been waiting once again for that refund. I just want my money so we can be done. I will never order from you again
