I purchased item from Ripe Pickings and was told that delivery takes between 10 and 30 days.It's been over a month and every time I contact them they can't provide me with an answer, I definitely wouldn't recommend doing business with them

The response I received shown below Good day Deborah, we commit to the parcel being delivered in 10 to 30 days and not the tracking details. We dont have conventional delivery systems and this is the reason tracking generally arrives late. The was processed last week and shipped. We use a 3rd party delivery company for our deliveries and we have set up our delivery systems to be economically suitable for our customers. If you are not comfortable with the process we have in place we can have the parcel returned to us and we can refund you. Please let us know how you want us to proceed? Thank you for your time.
