Dreadful Service

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! If I could give a review in negative digits I would do that. I placed an order in the beginning of November 2023 and was told it would be delivered in the beginning of December. That date changed to later in December then January 2024 then February 2024, due to "delivery delays and shipment issues", for which I was understanding and patient. Then, when I asked for a refund in Mid February, I was told it would take up to 10 working days to be processed. It is now nearly 2 months later and I haven't received the refund either. Everytime I have to request for feedback and everytime I get "We will look onto it", "Your query has been escalated", etc as answers. Yet still no refund. I have been a loyal customer before, but will never buy from them ever again and advise everyone else to just stay away.
