Don't Purchase Anything from RIPE PICKINGS

My order #24815 - Was ordered and paid for on 7 Sept 2022. Promises were made that I would receive it, then there were delays and breakages in transit, then they were sending a replacement, then they lost track of my order until eventually by 31 Dec 2022 I had still not received my order and I finally requested a full refund. They agreed with refunding me the full amount and have promised me time and time again that they will refund me and I'm still waiting.................... 3 months later - - - - - - - - . I am incredibly annoyed and want my money back. What is going on with this company. Consistently promising and not delivering. The last communication I received by email was on 9 March 2023. Am I now being completely ignored!!????
