Bad Service from Ripe Pickings

I made an order in March 2020. I have simce been told to wait 3 weeks everytime i query about my orders. Last week i asked for a refund and they told me to wait for 3 months. At some point i was told to check with my closest post office, i had to ask them to give me tracking numbers because initially when they said i had to go to the post office they had not supp**** me with any tracking numbers. Post office had nothing of the tracking numbers given to me. I am beyond dissappointed because they do not want to refund me yet they cannot even deliver my ordered goods. Its always a story about lock down this and that. I would definately not recommend anyone to order anything from them because they have proven to be unreliable to say the least. Greatly disappointed
