Bad service

I bought watches here many times although I have experienced a challenge on my 1st order whereby one of the products did not work. I bought a set of 4 watches again for the 2nd time which I found one of the watches still in faulty. I have emailed the firm the 1st time regarding the 1st order and I had no assistance to date, instead been told that I should send a short video showing the process of charging the watch and so on. I then experienced another faulty with the 2nd order of 4 watches where I found one of the watches not working. I emailed the supplier again notifying them of the problem, but kept on telling me to charge it and send the short clip through. I still haven't got any replacement of the watches to date. This worries me because it seems as If purchasing any of their products is just as good as gambling with your funds, as you may not find their products in functional. I am very disappointed with how this supplier operates shem. I can't lie but this pains me... I am not gonna fold my hands and do nothing about this. I am gonna ensure that my voice is heard at the end of the day
