Bad customer service

I bought 2 watches online for R549 and they were never delivered. I was later contacted and asked if they should proceed with delivery or cancel the order, I told them to cancel the order. I then received an email stating that the refund would be processed in 10 days which never happened. When I followed up I was told the matter has been escalated to management. Today marks 7 days of me waiting to hear from management
