Absolutely pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered 2 smart watches which I ordered 5 months ago. I am aware that lockdown slowed down the process but when level 3 was in progress, i had revieved emails from ripe pickings that i would receive my parcel soon because they are on level 3 lockdown and can now deliver. 2 weeks later, I emailed back asking if there was an update on my items and I got an email back saying that it is Johannesburg and will be delivered soon. Another week later, there was an email saying that my products did not come from the supplier and I can get a full refund for my items or a 10% discount on next purchase .. It has been 3 weeks and I have sent mails continuously requesting my refund as i have sent my banking details.

Absolutely pathetic service.
