BEWARE: You won't get your REFUND and the products are defective

First of all the company registration number and company name despite displayed on their stationary and signage is not legally registered with the CIPC. I was ****** by this company 1 year ago and a whole year after, they have refused to refund me despite selling me a non-functional engine. They started hiding under the veil of their lawyers and company and promised to pay back my money. The longstanding owner of the company **** that the company was under new management .. Even when they promised to pay through their so called lawyers after 14days they failed and now even their lawyer gave up on them and doesn't pick my calls or respond to my emails. I have logged a ******** case against them for theft and *****ulent enrichment and an arrest will be effected soon. I have also made demand through the small claims court and will move it up to the magistrate court should that need arise; owner didn't want to accept service, so i forced it on him and took a photo. They messed with the wrong person and i will see this through. Be extremely careful when you buy from them... I will advise you buy from a more reputable company that will take full accountability should there item they sell you be defective ...
