My name is John Harrison. I purchased various items from Rion Furniture Midrand through Ann-Mare Ras. In October 2015 I paid a deposit of R6 400-00 for chairs. These chairs were to be delivered to me in December 2015 only to be told the factory will only complete it early January 2016. I have tried to make contact with Ann-Mare Ras only to find out that her Rions store is closed and she fails to answer her phone to advise me of the status and availability of these chairs. On viewing another complaint on the website it is obvious that she is being dishonest and has no intention of supplying the chairs or returning the deposit. If any other customer wishes to contact me and we can jointly take the legal route, we perhaps can teach this lady a lesson. My cell no is ***.
