Deposit on leather couch & existing recliner gone

Beginning of Sept 2015 we got a quote for a genuine leather daybed couch to be made up & to recover existing leather recliner.<br> Middle of Sept a 50% deposit of R13 000 odd was paid via internet. <br> A month later the recliner was collected, so it could be covered from the same roll of leather! <br> After that I called every so often & would get these excuses 'busy with client', 'will call back', 'moving', 'will call back'. But never had a call returned!<br> Eventually landline wasn't answered & it's mailbox full. <br> Then in Dec 2015 drove to the premises in Midrand of RION furnitures only to find that they had moved out/ disappeared. Security confirmed them emptying the shop!<br> They disappeared with our deposit & our own existing recliner chair! ried calling cell & sending whatsapp's & sms's but to no avail!
