Bad Service - Intimidating CEO

The CEO of the company has made a number of verbal accusations and accused me for the ***ual orientation. I have been insurance with the brother in Roodepoort whom called me today and started swearing me out of my life. “*******”, “idoit” and a number of other things and even discriminated against my ***ual orientation and making a statement I wish to not even refer to me as a “sanitary towel” (excuse the words). Just because he lost my car, and said that I must deal with the insurer myself. Lombard insurance has been trying their best to recover the car and get the car back to me.
