Lady selling broken Jewelry

i have came across a lady on FB selling Jewelry on payment, she came to my work and I liked two items she was selling. I took it on payment not knowing that the jewelry she sells is more than double the price a jewelry shop sells it for, its not done by n proper jewelry shop, my husbands clip of his chain spring came out and they charge me R250 to fix. my ring is scew. did not have jewelry for 8 days and chain broke. she already got first debit order and put a dispute on the debit order. cause she does not want to take back her jewelry and pay back my money she took. she will not get a cent out of me and I still have the jewelry. she does not want them back, she wants to put a garnish on my name for jewelry I don't want anymore. she blogs my WhatsApp/calls and del my mesg, she is very un professional, she does not know how to talk to her customers she went so off on my over phone did not give me a change to speak to her. her name is Karen Emslie she stays in Sherwood port Elizabeth no is ********** 331. I want my money back R690.00 that she took out my acc, after I did not had the jewelry for 8 days. she can have her jewelry back cause there is a lot of people unhappy with her services and jewelry she sells.( my no is ********** 530 - Juanita)
