Doctor not giving a patient enough time to enquire

I went to see a doctor with various sickness and the doctor, checked my BP, didn't advise later if it's high or low, checked my urine and still didn't advise on anything, the doctor seemed so impatient like he just want to get rid of me. I paid R 350 and the doctor only gave me less than 3 minutes of his time and again he was forever on the phone and didn't any attention to me. Even the sickness I had that made me to see the doctor, I ended up having to go to the Chemist and money again to get the help that I need because the meds that he gave me I already had it at home and tried it and didn't work that is why I had to see the doctor. I'm so disappointed with his way of working like he's doing me a favor even though I paid for the service not rendered. I could hardly ask more questions about the course of my sickness and how can i prevent it in the future ..... The service was BAD. It was not about the sick leave. I was sick.....and they were quick to claim from my medical aid....
