BAD SERVICE

Good day. I would like to express my disappointment with the bad service I continually receive from this online store. I placed an order on 13 February 2023 and still have not received my order, the last communication email I received was on 20 February 2023 indicating that my order was transferred to dispatch. I call their contact number *** but it never gets answered its always on voicemail even on week days you will be lucky if it gets answered. The lady who answers the phone keeps promising lies about the delivery and never returns the emails. I would like to request for a refund, because I don't think I will receive my order its been way too long. It was my first time purchasing from this store and never again its a warning to everyone they just have bad service. Please help me get my money back. thanks
