Wrong parcel was delivered deliberately

Wrong parcel was delivered deliberately...The told me item I bought was sold out ..I questioned why they never did immediate refund ...I had to send back parcel with my own cost and waited for 4 days for my money refund. Other issue, they don't answer their contact number. I will never buy anything from them...Stay away from that online store!!!
