Worse online store everrrrrrr

I ordered some stuff on the 11th August but only received 3 of 4. The dress wasn't delivered so I called and luckily my call was answered. I was promised a delivery in a day or to till today nothing and worse when I try to call it's the stupid automated voice about their working howhich is a lie coz I always call during office hours. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!! IT'S A ******* AND NO REPLY FROM EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS
