Undelivered items, fully paid.

Hello, I'm johanna I'm having trouble with this online store since i bought clothing last month n paid the full amount of R1 300 and received 2 items and others haven't received. When i call them there's no answer nor reply from them. I send emails, calls and all other alternatives to get hold of them still no respond. May i kindly be assisted on this matter.
