Ringablecart Order Received - items ordered not the same as picture.

I ordered two dresses and started panicking when the order was not shipped within 7-10 days and found a lot of bad reviews on hellopeter.com. I tried to phone them, and no one answered for a couple of days. Lucky from Ringabelcart phoned me back yesterday informing me that they did have a phone problem, and he assured me that my package was on its way; he was true to his word. What a sweet gentleman! I have just received my package, but I am disappointed to report that the items ordered don't look the same as the picture.
