Refund still not received since December 2021

I ordered in October 2021... Matters short my order was delivered, the items were not the same as advertised. They actually looked like garage sale items for R10.00 an item. 4 items were ordered and only 3 were returned 22/11/2021amounting to a total of R930. Pick up was done after a very long time (not as promised). on the 13th December I enquired on the refund. no response was received.

It is March 2022 and still no money in my account.
