Paid items not delivered & extreme poor customer service!!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from their store (Ringabelcart) on 17 April 2022. Received my order on May 3rd, only to find that its not what ordered and also 1 pair of shoes were missing! They delivered only 2 pairs of shoes from the 3 pairs i ordered and paid for!!!!

I mailed and called them on the same day! No answer! 8 days later still no response on my email! Its a disgrace! Poorest customer service ever! I will not recommend them to anyone and i most definitely will not ever order from them again!
