Non delivery of Order N48652 placed on 23 August 2022 and no further update from Ringabelcart

My order was placed and confirmed payment on 23 August 2022. O/N N48652. on 29 August I received message: Order transferred to Dispatch. On 02 September I received message; Order waiting courier collection. From there I never had anything. On 06 August I sent an enquiry email and received automated message that I will be contacted within few hours. Until today 16 September 2002 am still waiting for my order or even communication/update from ringabelcart
