Non-delivery of item ordered on 23 August 2022 from Ringabelcart Online Store

This is definitely a ****, can someone guide me where to report this store. I ordered on 23 August and today is I've not received the item although they had promised delivery on 7 - 10 working days. I called them and the number just mentioned the working hours and then shuts down, although I phone during the working hours mentioned. I need to report this store. I never got a response even from my last reviewal/complaint. I've exhausted all avenues to try and get hold of this shop i.e. called, emailed and reviewed. I saw a review that the address is non-existent so I don't want to waste my time going there.
