NEVER BUY FROM RINGABELCART Online Store!

Please don't buy from this online store. I purchased a Samsung fridge on the 1st September 2021 at R22,800. Delivery is supposed to take 10days. Close to due day they update the ticket that delivery will take place the Friday and no delivery. Monday Walter calls to ask if my fridge got delivered and I'm worried and let him know that it hasn't. Many stories thereafter and I keep having to follow up as they stop updating the order and I call Walter he then tells me they discontinued the fridge purchased and I ask for another one the price is higher (R12000 more) and they agree to give me that fridge as a token of their apology. I'm now calling everyday to follow up as they don't call you unless you call. Many stories with delivery and we panic as it is now the 18th of October. They even offer us a bicycle as an apology as well. Last week they promise that delivery will take place and according to them the courier collected the fridge on Wednesday. We live in Gauteng their offices is in Boksburg and they mention something about the truck leaving Lanseria and we live not far from here and now I'm really worried coz we should have received our purchase. On Friday 15th October was the last straw for us and they mention that they have asked them to deliver and it will be and NOTHING again. I have now asked for my money back and was told I should receive it by this Wednesday. Where have you ever come across anything so absurd ! I'm very upset about this at this stage. I guess the gifts we were promised as well is taken back. Should they not return my money as promised by Wednesday ill be contacting my lawyers. This place is a ***** and I wish I had done more research before making my purchase.
