Avoid Ringabelcard Online Store at all costs!

One of the worst online experiences I have ever had - and we run a guest farm and buy online several times every week. I ordered 3 fridges about 2 to 3 months ago, never received them, kept getting excuses from a guy named Walter (seems to be the only person that works for this "large" online service) about the fact that their courier service advised him that they didn't deliver fridges, then they confirmed that they found another courier company that did, but weeks later I had no delivery, then I found out that they didn't even have what I ordered anymore, then I eventually just cancelled the order and asked for a refund and have been trying to get a refund for about 3 weeks, quite unsuccessfully and am now beginning to worry about the legitimacy of this service and if my money is even available or if they have cashflow issues. AVOID this service. What online service claims to sell all sorts of large household appliances and then tells you that they can't find a courier company to deliver them?? And what refund takes 2-3 weeks to process?
