Rude employee

<p>We missed 1 month's rent and got locked out of our apartment, the employee at Rindi explained on that day that we had to pay rent for the month we missed (current month Oct) and for November. She was totally rude after we paid and asked her to send someone to unlock. She said "that's what you get for late payment, you'll have to wait" she said a whole lot of rude stuff. Bad service. Never going for Rindi again. </p>
