Refund of Deposit

<p>I have been staying in Melville Estates for the past four years. I gave the required notice when I moved out and there was an inspection done on the 29th of April 2016 and I handed over the keys.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked Solange Mahomed how long it takes to refund the deposit I was told three to four weeks. And to date I am still waiting. I have had to make endeless calls and emails which they hardly respond to. I have had to involve the owner of the unit Mohammed A Chohan SC who has been very helpful.</p> <p> </p> <p>The staff at Rindi are not helpful at all and seem to be very complacent and ***********. I am highly disappointed with the service I received after being a tenant for so long.</p>
