Baltorinas Dolls

I am sick and tired of waiting for a doll that i ordered in Nov 2015. She keeps on promising that we will received the orders! I am waiting and waiting its my daughters Christmas present for 2015!! She just think of excuses all the times why didnt she send the doll yet!!! It is made already that i know!!! Why is it delaying???
